This seems to be a bug with the counter I assume, as you got 3 iridescent emblems instead of the said 2, the game didn't count it.

Try re-doing the challenge, the same one towards killer did it and I just re-did it

It did the same thing to me. I had to redo the challenge just to get it to unlock. You'd think these kinds of things are tested before release. 🤷♂️

I had this happen on 6 Feet Under. At least 2 Iridescent Emblems is pretty easy to replicate.

I kept running into this with the great heights challenge, it finally worked when I used Sprint Burst on the same map. The description doesn't specify SB but a friend of mine had the same issue and it worked with SB.

This has been happenings to me too during the emblem challenges. It will randomly stop tracking it.

The challenge didn’t work for me the first time, but I just figured that I wasn’t in the chase long enough before I jumped down the hole in Hawkins. So I tried again, making sure that I was a considerable distance from the hole before making a break for it. I then kept going back up the stairs to do it again and again. I got three attempts that round before I figured that had to work. It did. I didn’t have to use sprint burst.

That's good to know. I got it first time with Sprint Burst immediately after a Chase began and dropping down. My initial failures are probably just as you said, the chase wasn't properly initiated to recognize the challenge being completed. Tome 4 has us doing it four times so I'm just going to use Sprint Burst again.

Had a similar problem with a challenge in the first archive "earn 15 emblems of iridescent quality"... got 4 red emblems and it just counted as one.
It was in the first archive. I've reported it in the forums and it got forwarded. Kind of weird...

Yeah, in the first tome there’s one that glitched for me, the one to sacrifice 12 (15?) survivors. I got 4 in one round, which should have totaled 8 all together but afterwards it just said 4. I thought it was strange because I was sure that I already had 4, so I tried again, the next round getting 3. Sure enough afterwards my total was... still 4. At that point I just gave up and did other challenges.

Yeah, it sometimes helped to activate another challenge, play a match and then return to the initial challenge.

That happens. But it's pretty easy to get 2 iri emblems. Run prove thyself and get iri on gens in a heart beat, BT for safety saves or run the killer a bit.

It happens yesterday my roommate un plugged the internet box to charge her phone not knowing and ot kicked me off the game and i got a 13mim disconecting penalty my GOD i was mad. But what can we do some changes are good some are bad but again ill say it little by little there killing the best game that ever was created so I try to fix something that ain't broken I still can't get past that well good luck my friend I hope it won't happen to you again😣🤦
