I have never seen the use for this add on
yeah knowing where a survivor is great but more often then not im already in a chase
and the not seeing jigsaw box part is unneccessary and uncalled for imo

I honestly thought it meant you would see survivors at the boxes - not just when they successfully take it off. It’s a terrible add on.

It can be usefull but its rarity is where the problem is its expensive for a mediocre benefit
also as a pig main people think the same i get asked a lot if the add on is working correctly they assumed the same thing

It might be good for determining which box they will go next (assuming they don't get it off on the first try as usual) since you see their aura while they trying to remove it. Might be good with the add ons that slow down box searching - but still you probably either are too busy to notice the aura or too far away to do anything about it.
Most of her add-ons are just terrible and generic. How about add-ons for crouched movement speed or maybe an ultra rare that cuts her ambush roar?
Instead she get add-ons that give survivors more frequent opportunities for great skill successes and modify ambush miss cooldown -- I don't think anyone uses ambush beyond maybe a couple times at most during a match to scare people from loops.

You don't see the aura while they are searching the box. You see the aura AFTER they remove the Trap.
This add-on is garbage and one of the worst in the entire game. I wouldn't run it if it were a common.

I never tried the add-on and the description looks misleading 'Auras of Survivors removing a Reverse Bear Trap are revealed to The Pig for 6 seconds.'
That sounds like while they are trying to remove not after they removed it. Could be a bug - or if that is design then it does make it even more worthless.

Yeah, the description is misleading. What it should say is "When a Survivor removes a Reverse Bear Trap, their aura is revealed for 6 seconds." The add-on is trash.

Its good for indoor maps, since you'll be crouched a lot of the time, and you can approach people quietly... but its more of a fun addon then a powerful one like Iri head. Almost makes me wish it made ambush attacks one shot as well...

True, I'm no pig main, but I've had fun with Amanda's Letter... and I could probably do better with the common addons that effect her dash and ambush...

This isn't about Amanda's Letter. This is about Amanda's Secret. The one that takes away the Jigsaw Box auras.

A good buff to "Amanda's secret" is when a survivor interacts with a jigsaw box, their aura is revealed to the pig for 6 seconds and gains a notification when a survivor first interacts with it. The pig still can't see boxes with this add-on.

It's debatably one of the worst add-ons in the game with the only add-ons I could currently think of being contenders are Franks mixtape and stab wounds study
