Infinite hooked survivor bug ruining games

So this has happened to me 3 times already when playing Oni it seems like only he's bugged but when you press M2 after you hook a survivors or activate blood Fury the survivor gets bugged and stays on the hook without dying not even EGC will kill them, Why the heck hasn't this been addressed? Either I'm forced to DC or the other guy and we get punished with a penalty because of a bug that's in the game.

    The bug is for all killers. Same thing has happened to me 5 times this week. It's ridiculous because the only way to end it is with you DCing, which gives you a penalty, depips, and 0 points. Keeps happening to me and the game is literally unplayable

    Oh, this must be definitely related to Oni, I've seen this twice past two month (not many ppl play Oni :( ). Once it bugged on me as a surv, so after Oni tried everything, I decided to DC. And once with other surv, but killer was Oni. Haven't seen that on other killers

    Can confirm it's for every killer not just. Oni, I made a post on the report bugs section as well and no dev has responded guess having a game breaking bugs that can only be fixed with a DC is not a priority for them.
