DEVS. Please do something about phantom skill checks
It's ridiculous the amount of times skill checks happen the moment you stand up from a generator that are impossible to hit because you won't even get the graphic to get that opportunity. If I blow a skill check I expect it to give away my position. That's part of the game. On the other hand it's really frustrating to have my position given away because of a glitch in the game that makes a skill check impossible to hit.
If there is some issue with lag that makes it impossible to stop those skill checks from starting can you at least make it to where if a skill check happens in those situations that we at least get the graphic onscreen to get the chance to hit it?

In my opinion, they should work like Overcharge skillchecks, where you have a chance to do the skillcheck even though you aren't doing the action anymore. But it's been the same way for 4 years, it isn't likely they'll do anything about it.

Funnily enough, they were gone a few weeks, but now they are back.

I think you are right on both points. It gets really frustrating sometimes. In a match last night where an injured survivor ran up while working on the last gen. It was just about done, but I wanted to heal them before I finished the gen so we both got a chance to escape. I stood up to heal them and got one of those skill checks. Of course that meant I didn't get the chance to heal them or to do the gen because the killer was alerted to where I was at.

I've never had this happen before, but I also haven't played a lot of survivor since dedicated servers were launched because it's a dreadful experience all around.

For those of us that do it's extremely frustrating. The thing is not only have they not done anything about it, but I have seen posts like this on this forum more than once and they simply ignore it. It's another one of those areas they not only refuse to fix, but won't even respond to posts about it.

I dunno. Adds an element of chaos to leaving gens. You're not guaranteed to walk away clean. Some skillchecks are one after another.
Besides that, you sure Huntresses Lullaby wasn't in effect?

I get the chaos thought. This happens frequently, not just with Lullaby. As for the chaos thing though I personally could do without it. I will never approve of negative consequences for a faulty game mechanic.
