Need to file a report, can I get some help?

Hey guys, so as the topic says I need to file a report against two players and I have everything needed including a video with some evidence & both their Id’s, but I’m not used to the new forum layout and could use a hand with either getting a mods attention or info on exactly where to file this... thanks in advance.
