Anyone know when the new chapter comes out?

I'm in New Zealand so the release times of stuff in Dead By Daylight rarely makes a lot of sense to me. Is it releasing in the next few hours or more like 11-12 hours?

They are based in Montreal, and will likely release the chapter around noon, which is in a few hours as of this post
