Toolbox bug

My game was just updated and ever since the update my toolboxes are depleting within 3 seconds. At first I thought it was a killer perk which made it happen but after it happening 4 games in a row and no perk the killer had would do that I realized it has to be a big. Is anyone else having this issue ? Its very frustrating hopefully it'll be fixed soon!!
