Killer Idea: The Shutterbug
(This was another killer Idea I came up with last night, and just now finished this morning. Comment any criticism! 
)

The Shutterbug
Name: Ludwig Wolfrik
Alt. Name: Cameraman
Gender: Male
Ethnicity: German
Apearance: 6'4, Long Black Jeans, Black leather shoes (Very similar to the Doctor's shoes.), And unzipped, long-sleeved, black leather jacket, with white cotton on the inside, and a stiff, upright collor. and under that, a navy blue undershirt. 3 Big, Long scars spread across his face. One crossing his right eye, which is scarred as well.
Realm: The Black Forest
A Large Forest in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. A Dark, Grey locale. There is a large, Destroyed, old structure in the corner, and an enterable, underground tomb, with a few graves, lockers, and a Generator. (There is No Killer Shack in this map, The Basement can Only spawn in this middle tomb area, Similarily to the basement on The Game, Or the Myers House on Haddonfield.)
Power: The Camera: A Canon AE-1 Program. After grabbing out The Camera, and waiting for the Flash to charge (3 seconds) You can take a Picture of a survivor, Which flashes their eyes completely, and makes them shout (Just as if they were Intoxicated) and starts to fade away after 3 seconds. They have to be within a 12 Meter range to be Flashed. You can Hold 2 photos of Survivors on one roll of film at one time, Holding a Photo of a Survivor gives you Aura Reading on that person. Their Aura's are revealed to you, Aslong as they're in your Terror Radius. The photos only last for 30 Seconds, Before burning up on the roll of film. You can take 10 Photos, Before having to reload the Camera. (This action takes 7 seconds.)
Weapon: Luftwaffe Bayonet
Swinging the blade with one hand, If hit, He'll look at the blade, and wipe off the side facing the view with his left thumb.
Mori Animation: He moves the Survivor over with one Foot, He grabs the Bayonet handle with both hands, he stabs the survivors 3 times in the chest, and before taking the Bayonet out, He drags it along the inside of their chest, then takes it out. Then, He takes a photo of them, And laughs.
Speed: 115% | 4.6m/s

The Shutterbug: Backstory
Ludwig Wolfrik has just turned 18, in 1998. And as such, He was gifted a Film Camera, By his Father, who was dangerously ill. He passed it onto his son, So he would remember him through it, and maybe one day, become a Professional Photographer. As a result, Ludwig would spend Some time learning Photography, and he would go out into the Black Forest every day before he'd visit his father in the Hospital, Take a few photos with the new stuff he'd learned before taking them, and show them to his father. One day after taking photos in the forest, He was told by his mother when he returned home, That his father had died. Ludwig was so heartbroken, He went back into the forest. After not returning for 24 Hours, A search team was sent to look for him. They found Many dead animals, and a group of 3, Dead Travelers. Ludwig was Never seen again.
Some say he took photos of all the things he killed... Some say you can hear the camera flash in the woods...
The Shutterbug: Perks
1: Paparazzi
Terror Radius is Decreased to 18 Meters, and Survivors in your Terror Radius suffer from a 3%/4%/5% Action speed decrease, as well as have a decreased Aura range, They can only read the Auras of Objects within Your Terror Radius. (These effects only last while in the Terror Radius)
2: No Flash Photography
After Hooking a Survivor, Your Terror Radius decreases to 0 for 15/20/25 seconds, Survivors cannot read any auras for 15/20/25 seconds, and get a 5% Bonus Brutality for hitting another survivor in this time frame
3: Reporter:
One survivor is chosen to become The Obsession. When hitting The Obsession, gain a stackable bonus up to 4 tokens, 1 token means 2% quicker ability charge (M2), 2 tokens means 4%, 3 means 6%, and 4 means 8% Quicker ability charge. You lose 2 tokens, if your obsession is Hooked, lose Every token if they are Sacrificed.

A Film Roll with 15 Exposures, instead of 10.
6v Battery
A more compact Battery, With More juice, and power, Which charges the Flash quicker (1 second quicker)
