A buff for Hangman's Trick without altering its aura range

I understand the nerf for Hangman's. It needed it, but it also was killed IMO by being nerfed as hard as it was. Rather than mess with the range of its aura reading more, what if Hangman's increased the amount of time needed to sabo a hook as well? Like a 50-100% increase of the 2.5 seconds it takes. That way it has some counterplay to saboing rather than it just be an info perk.

Thoughts?

    IMO, it couls insta-mori everyone the moment someone even thinks about sabotaging a hook, and it'd still be trash. As long as it is only designed for answering sabotaging, it will never be good.
