Allows you to recover while crawling.
Simple buff to make a perk more viable.

Tbh Iron Will should work while in the dying state, blood trails are more than enough for tracking. And Tenacity is at a healthy spot right now, sure it could use a small speed buff but it'd be overpowered combined with Unbreakable.
