infinite loading times??

when i play survivor and i hit join lobby, i get a screen where the options to change anything is gone, and a waiting sign is above the join lobby button, it's at least 10 minutes, because i usually just restart my game at that point. what's happening??

    when i try doing that, it never works, it's like it's stuck in that screen
