i was thinking and, i know the perk decreases your terror radius by 8 meters when not in a chase, but when you are in a chase, does your terror radius increase by 8 meters and just go back to the killers default terror radius?
for example, youre deathslinger with a 24 meter terror radius, but with m&a its 16. when you get in a chase, would it be 24 m again or would it be 32 m?

As BenZ0 said, it goes up to base +8, which is why it synergises so well with Infectious Fright. Extra terror radius mean more people screaming.

Over all I think that it’s a lousy perk to run on the Doctor, who relies upon his terror radius to find people with static blast. It’s better used with other killers, and instead using other perks and add-ons to extend the blast radius as far as possible and only use shock therapy in chases. Just my personal preference and I’ve been cleaning up with 3 and 4Ks lately this way. Decreasing terror radius on the Doctor is better for stealth but it’s a serious detriment to his special abilities.
