stores are out of lysol, bleach, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, bottled water, and a bunch of other things. shampoo is started to fly off the shelves so i’m gonna buy a bunch of my brand because i’d rather not have dirty hair. 🙂

another fun note is I have an interview for a stocking job tomorrow, i’ll most likely get it because stocking is needed but i’m betting on overtime the first day so that’s funnn.

I'm holed up in my room playing games. So pretty much business as usual. Although I did decide to order the new Animal Crossing game on Amazon rather than going to the store to get it 😁

Da mayor wants to impose shelter-in-place; da gov'nuh does not want to impose shelter-in-place. I'm on furlough, and I just found an entire channel on Pluto TV dedicated to tokusatsu. I'll be fine for the time being.

I'm dealing with it how I deal with all my problems

in my room, with my mug of coke, some crisps, and sitting on my butt behind a computer, not giving one iota of a damn about anything

but for reals though my school is closing at the end of the week and my entire family is basically stuck at home, at least my folks can still work, so that's something

My family has started self-quarantine so we only leave to get the essentials.

I did stocking for 10 months at Walmart, let me tell you that it is the most boring job I have ever had. When you start doing 'top stock' get ready to have your eyes roll out of their sockets.

I can't leave my house unless I need to go to the store for food so I'm killing the time by playing DBD. I'm so bored but it's for the better. :P

Edit update: I can't leave my house without a face mask and if I do I'll be charged with Terrorism. It's bad out here. Also my online classes start April 20th so there's that.

I've always been a shut-in but now the whole family is staying home as well most days. The exception is my mother who works part-time at Michael's. Yeah, the arts and crafts store is still open and having business as usual during a pandemic. I guess corporate doesn't care if everyone dyes. (Homophone pun intended.)

The area I am in has not been badly affected yet, but I've been quarantined for the last week after coming into contact with someone who has it. I then have to self isolate once my quarantine period is over, because of a health condition.

I must admit, being an incredibly social person I'm finding it difficult with the lack of human contact, I'm also used to going out running every day so find I'm missing that an awful lot :)

It destroyed my income, my car broke down, and I may have to go back to my old job which I really don't want to do. I got a tooth infection that no one was open to see and have been suffering for the last three days, though I am better now. I hope a walmart truck runs over my foot soon, i need a nice long vacation.

Bad but not too bad, we're surviving. my family always had backup rations of food so never needed to panic shop, we'll be okay on that front in the near future. Financially things are bad because my parents are small business owners, so they needed to close down until next month where we're at.

Everyone's mostly calm, since the government here didn't baby us saying everything was gonna be fine and downplaying the potential seriousness of the situation, so some people already had prepared basic things before they announced (after a religious gathering of 15k people got hundreds of people infected) that a quarantine and shutdown of the whole nation was gonna happen.

The real danger here comes from the people not taking the situation seriously, people were still going out having picnics and gatherings treating it like it was an extended holiday, as well as some migrating to other parts of the country bringing the infection with them. They had to bring the army to keep people from being outside for too long. 😑

Not much of a free time adjustment for me. I'm a home body. Just hoping DBD servers don't explode with the added burden on them right now. This thing will pass but not as soon as we'd like, unfortunately.

    If I don't go outside I don't work, if I don't work I don't have money, and if I don't have money I can't eat.

Wearing the edgy mask, medical gloves while outside of home. And when I go back from the outdoor, I use the spray with spiritus. :)

The government took it fairly seriously and half our ######### shut down when the first case was reported, so I'm pretty calm about it. The situation seems to be stable for now (not getting better or worse, even though we've started reopening everything a while ago, with certain rules in place). Personally, I just avoid going outside as much as possible, although I'm fairly certain I already got it and recovered.

In the state I live (Texas) we didn't really shut down too much since we weren't hit hard by the virus, and we've been open for ~2 months now.

I live in NJ. I had been working from home since middle of March till this week. Caught up on a ton of shows(Money heist was GREAT!!!) and played the hell out of games(Assassins Creed Odyssey and Origins made Valhalla a must buy for me).
