Can we get rid of hooked auto aim please?

I just had a game where I swung at someone unhooking a survivor and it’s almost as if the game completely curved the swing to hit the hooked person instead. Like why is that even a thing? What purpose would u possibly have at swinging at a hooked survivor who literally cannot do anything and u get no points from. It happens way to often, even with hits where ur facing the person unhooking and it’s like ur swing goes right through them or right above them to hit the person on hook.
