Send out your psycho brainwave pressure to stop the survivors from doing gens. People act like killers have funnels or something.

All it takes is one person to do a chase for a short amount of time and three gens are popped. They do pop like crazy.

I love how every conversation about killer turns into survivors telling killers to just use this perk, and this perk. And throughout a day on the forums the survivors have told killers to use 35 different perks to counter all the things people are complaining about. But killers get 4 perk slots. Survivors have like 8 perks that are used in total. 4 base meta perks and like 4 more perks that some people use to meme with.
Gen speed's in issue. But if you really like playing 5 games in a row without being chased by the killer because the gens pop so fast... Have fun. That shits boring and you'd think that survivors would want to do something other then holding mouse one. Probably why I can't play more then a couple of games as survivor. Gameplay is a snoozer.

The devs don't care about balancing red ranks. This has been true for years. I honestly think though that this is because there are many different types of games of all skills. As mentioned, Killers are strong in the lower ranks and survivors in the red ranks.
I've always advocated for a tiered gen speed system. Gens are faster at lower ranks and slower at higher ranks.

The unfortunate thing is that both viewpoints are correct here. The guy with the Adam portrait claiming that everything is fine and that killers are plenty strong has a point. At whatever rank he plays at, killers have the advantage. He most definitely dies more than he survives because at lower ranks it's a different game experience.
But at high ranks that isn't the case. At red ranks if all 5 players in the match are close to equal skill, the survivors have the advantage.
Of course, there are tons of potato survivors even at red ranks though, so true red rank killers will still perform well. I 4k most of my games because the red rank survivor pool is so diluted.
Honestly though, while gens are fast, it is more the atrocious map designs causing issues at red ranks. Equalize the map size, tile strength on all maps and this game will be 10x healthier. There are way too many large maps like Yamaoka, Haddonfield, Ormond, and not enough like the good Autohaven/Macmillan maps.
As an aside, I honestly feel the new map swings a little too far in the other direction. I think I have gotten a 4k basically every time I've loaded into it.
