Gen locations on the new map (Seem heavily survivor sided)

I haven't played DBD in over a month, and I played my first game on the new map as killer last night. What I noticed was that there was three or four upstairs generators, which made providing generator pressure really difficult.

I was having to spend about a minute going to those generators to push the survivors off, it's time which the killer doesn't have.

Yes, there are upstairs generators on maps like Thompson House, Hawkins, Disturbed Ward, Mother's Dwelling etc. However, with those maps the killer is able to make a tactical decision to neglect the hard to reach generators when pressuring generators. With the new map the killer doesn't have that option as there are many hard to reach generators, those generators are also key/important generators.

I know there aren't many strong loops on the new map, but you don't need to waste the killers time by looping them if the killer is spending a minute to regress each individual generator.

Although I don't think the killer should be able to break down wall at killer shack, as it's mind game able loop.

Does anyone else have this opinion, if so comment your thoughts.

As I've seen a few extremely survivor biased members on the forums recently, I will mention that I am a survivor main but I also play killer at red ranks so I'm aware of the issues and imbalances that killers currently have to experience.

Majority of the loops are killer sided to compensate. Personally the map is a better one for killers than survivors but can definitely be won by survivors if they play right.

I haven't played on the new map as survivor yet, when I was playing as killer I saw that there weren't any noticeable strong loops. However, my first game on that map was incredibly frustrating, as I was spending too much time trying to regress each individual generator. Whilst I was able to down the survivors reasonably quickly, it didn't matter as I have issues pushing survivors off generators effectively.

One of my biggest strengths as killer is providing generator pressure, but on that map I was really struggling providing any kind of generator pressure.

Maybe I was just unlucky that I was going against actual optimal red rank survivors who were heavily focused on generator progression, I was unable to spend time trying to get familiar with the map.

I dont agree tbh, not to mention the walls you HAVE to break in the main building

I personally think the map is very balanced in general. I guess maybe the way up to the gen is a bit too long for a killer considering a killer needs to be able to pressure gens very well to defend them, but to me the map seems like one of the most balance ones until now, and I wouldn't change anything about it. The map only has like a few safe pallets, most of them are well balanced, mindgameable loops, and a few are even very unsafe. The map has some good windows for survivors, buI believe all off the windows are made less safe once the nearby wall has been broken.

It also has a fair size for killers to apply proper map pressure, and in return it allows for more effective stealth, which is also always good in my opinion.

Like @ZoneDymo said, the only way to get the loops on the killers side is by breaking the ######### storm of breakable walls, with some of the walls being useless and a waste of time

Besides the main building and the killer shack, most of the loops are weak, either having a small vehicle and a wall that neither side can get past or two tall objects that are short in width.
