just Imagine. Yes i know it won't ever happen and he would be too OP, but just inagine him following you. he would be the first killer, which looked atleast a BIT human. His Special attack would be The world (stop time) and he could walk around for a few seconds, while everyone is freezed and can't do anything.
His Mori would be him, sucking out the blood from the survivors.
i know it won't ever happen, but i wanted to share my thoughts.

Go full DIO mori is him dropping a bull dozer on you and machine gun punching it till it explodes
