Anyone else experiencing awful teleporting as killer?

I recently decided I wanted to learn to play Bubba (and I'm actually enjoying him a lot?), but I've been having some awful teleporting issues. Almost once every game, I'd teleport into a wall with my chainsaw and be robbed of a down I would have gotten had I not teleported. I also teleport around sometimes just walking around or chasing normally, which is also extremely annoying.

    I thought it was just my connection. If many more people are having the issue maybe they're playing with the servers.
