What method do you use against 360's on PS4?
I know of 2 methods.
- Wait out the 360 and move with them? I.e. Move both analog sticks to circle around them, until they're in your hit box.
- Wait for the 360, use your right analog to spin with them and hope your attack hits during the spin?

Pray that the poor optimization decides to let my hit connect.

I back up slightly and then use a normal hit right as they're starting the turn and hit them. Works well enough for me on PS4

cranking your sens up helps a lot. Also, DO NOT LUNGE. Just follow their 360, wait for the to finish it out, and just do a basic attack and it works quite well for me personally. But even after all this you still might miss because of how poorly optimized console is and just a basic 360 can make your frames drop.

I like to watch them 360 into my body and then stare at them for a second before I hit them.

I've actually considered uping sensitivity, any recommendations?

Only if they try to 360, but yea.

I 360 them and hope that bloodlust or autoaim doesn't cuck me

I personally have my sens at 89. But, if you want to not go all in just yet. You can ease into it and go like 75 the start off with. It’ll take you a few games probably to get used to it.
