Adrenaline doesn't activate when speared

Ps4
If you are speared by deathslinger and the last gen pops with adrenaline nothing happens.

I tested this and I went from being in Deep Wound to Injured - which is the way it is intended to work. Can you explain what happened with you please in more detail?

its on ps4 the issue on pc i can confirmed thats working normally but not on console versions.
