Achievement bug “One More Step”

audio occlusion completely obscures sound through certain walls/obstacles
Examples of this are badham/haddonfield houses with below ground floors. You hear no sound from generators below (even if 99%) unless you literally come down the stairs. Or some walls completely silencing flashbang drop sounds even if you're 2 meters away from the sound source. This hasn't been addressed for years now.

Pinheads chain is bugged by the fov slider
I know its in beta but betas normally are for finding bug so I though I would report it as nobody seems to talk about it but its why I quick pinhead as I like having a higher fov and it makes the chains finicky to use when you try to turn and the fov changes.

Many survivors in 24hrs unhooking themselves WITHOUT deliverance
In the past few days, even past 24 hours, i've had MULTIPLE survivors unhooking themselves without Deliverance over, and over, and over. Way more than the 4% chance includes. It has to be cheating, unless there's some perk I'm not aware of? I've had over 10 unhooks in the past couple days with NO deliverance. It's so insane
