Use the Mr.X or "HEX: Gon Give It To Ya" build.
Perks are as follows: Enduring, Brutal Strength, Bamboozle, Fire Up
Killers: Myers for more viability, Joe if you have the Legion skin for the full meme.
Addition suggestion: Listen to DMX - X Gon Give It To Ya while you play.
The whole idea of the build is that you're gonna give it to the survivors since while you lack tracking perks, stall perks, and info perks you'll have maximum chase power. With 1 gen done you have 50% faster pallet stun recovery, 24% faster breaking and 19% faster vaulting. With 4 gens done you have 50% faster pallet stun recovery, 36% faster breaking and 31% faster vaulting.

Here's a little list of some random meme games.
Chest Protector: Guard basement chest, only attack if they try and open the chest. If you down someone take them out of the basement. You can attack other people if they come down while carrying someone else.
Stay off my Lawn: Go to strode house or the killer shack and chase people off if they come into your territory. You can't leave your lawn. Just sit on the porch and watch people.
Conga Line Trapper: Get all traps and place them in a line. Then you can play normally.
Shy Ghostface: Just run away from survivors when they notice you. Try and stalk them without giving yourself away
Redlight Greenlight: You can only chase them when they don't look at you. If they turn their head you have to stop until they get behind cover. No moonwalking.
AFK Wraith: Have insidious/distressing and beast add-ons. Just hide and mess with people, can wait in front of exit gates with noed.
Insidious Nurse: Wait on other side of exit gates using Nurse with Noed/Insidious.
50/50 Pig: Use proper add-ons and then bodyblock a box.
Mad Grit Backpacking: Can only hook someone after downing someone else while backpacking a survivor.
Item Hunter: Use Franklins and trap/camp items.
Never-Ending T-Bag: Goes around as Ghostface and play normally but never stop t-bagging.
Totem Protector: Have all hexe perks with one of them being thrill and do your best to protect them all.

I believe theres one like the Christmas tree trapper. You trap a hook with pretty much all your traps as close you can then hook a survivor in it or reverse it, I'm not sure.

Chainsaw only bubba keep using your chainsaw even out of chase its your only way of moving u can only normally walk when charging ur saw
wanna play a game piggy catch a survivor give him a beartrap and crouch after him till he gets it off bring both add ons that increase penalty for failed skillchecks ive actually gotten a kill at this since the pressure of u being there and them nervous makes em miss skill checks more often
sniper slinger bring insidious camp a gen once they touch it pull em off with your gun

I always thought they should have reworked Frank's Mixtape into something like this.

Feral frenzy has no recharge ability, even on successful hit.
Feral frenzy does not cancel for hitting the same survivor.
If a survivor is hit by feral frenzy 3 times within 20 seconds, they will be put into the dying state.
Basically instead of Legion going for multiple injuries he could gamble that he could hit a survivor three times within the time of his power to get a down.
Obviously numbers would have to be tweaked.

Heavy Metal Nurse
You play Nurse normally, but you do it while constantly nodding rapidly.
From the Survivors' POV you'll be head banging.
Not for anyone with a queasy stomach or weak eyes to attempt, obviously.
Gate Watchman Michael
Stand by a Gate all game and never leave it. Stalk Survivors that approach you, but don't Tier 3 unless they starting opening the Gate.
Bring a Tombstone and straight up murder anyone that tries to open the door.
Afterwards be sure to tell any Survivors that died that they had to be killed for their own safety.
Obsessive BF/GF
Bring all Obsession perks.
Find your Obsession and follow them all game. Do NOT hit or harm them in any way.
Ignore all other Survivors unless they get too close to the Obsession. Then hit the space invader until they are a respectful distance away from your BF/GF.
Once the Gates are powered and your Obsession leaves you must stand by the Gate waving bye (swinging your weapon) until the game ends.
The Ginosaji
Similar to the above you bring all Obsession perks.
However this time you must play as the Legion, and you'll be doing the opposite of the above.
Find the Obsession and hit them in Feral Frenzy constantly. Never M1 or down them or anyone else, just hit the Obsession with Feral Frenzy as often as possible and stay by them constantly.
If they let themselves bleed out or hide in a locker, just stand there and spam Feral Frenzy attacks at every possible opportunity.

play wraith but you have to stay cloaked all match. can chase people but you cant hit or hook them as you're cloaked. after the match, type "Ez" on the chat :D
