45 seconds of mori spam long enough to report?
I have a 45 second video of mori cancel spamming is that long enough to report or can someone give me enough mental gymnastics to convince me it’s not toxic

if im not worg the killer would have to do it to you in couple of matches to get banned, but i can be wrong

As far as the game's rules go, this isn't holding the game hostage, as you're eventually going to die, be it because the bleedout gauge runs out or because the killer will eventually commit to the mori.

This is bannable.
Hexy received a ban for mori cancelling.

It's griefing, though.

So is teabagging, flashlight clicking and emote-taunting. Should those things be bannable?

No. Mori spamming is just ignorant behavior. Why would someone even do this.
Killer can walk away from teabaggers and clickers. Survivor is stuck there.

as much as i hate these 3 things you pointed out, they're not on the same level as mori cancelling. in one case, a survivor is pretty much locked in place, in the other, the killer might get pissed off by the survivor(s) being toxic.

Because these things don't do anything.
Mori cancelling locks the survivor in place.

Those things can cause emotional distress in specific subjects (that's why survivors do them in the first place), so it's incorrect to say they don't do anything.

In conjunction with others above who stated these are not the same, these can also be misconstrued. I've had survivors buttdance (hard to teabag when there is nobody below you...), but they were doing so trying to interact in non-toxic manners. Like when I started a match, took 2 steps to round the corner and Lery's and there's Jake standing in the hall having only taken a couple steps himself. I nodded, slashed at the air and he buttdanced in response. I moved on, and killed him at a later point in time. I've had survivors point at me after a pallet only to find out that they were trying to inform me of a survivor who was trying to sandbag and sabotage other players by throwing down nearby pallets, blowing up gens, hopping through windows near them, etc.
With limited communication capabilities, it is hard to say all of these things are toxic. It all depends on the situation.

The game will eventually end, so no.
Even if they did it for all 4 minutes (death timer still goes down while the Mori is starting, recent-ish patch), it wouldn't be bannable.

Please remember to discuss in a civil way!
Also, Mori Spamming is indeed bannable is if it's done for too long. So it's ok to report and follow the procedure to send a video through the official channels. Here a link on how to do it if in doubts: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/66835/recording-evidence-for-your-player-report

Please report in game (this is mandatory) and send video evidence (required) to Support - https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=191426
