Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Devotion 3 lvl 100 = New Legacy? New bloody costumes? Achievement?

You unlock 3 or maybe 6 legacy to spend where you want. One for a full survivor and one for a full killer.

The second suggestion would be a reward with "new bloody costumes".

Maybe this devotion 3 lvl 100 is so easy it doesn't deserve any reward.

How about new Steam game achievements for the players who enjoy this?

Feel free to add pros and cons or other constructive ideas.

I think it's fair to give legacy skins as a reward, it's takes so long to get there so why not?

I mean i dont think its easy it takes longer than prestieged because i was able to get from prestiege 1 to 3 with one of my charecters and im a few levels off of lvl 90. It be cool to have my progress be more than cosmetics that are alright unless you want to spend 10 dollars on the good ones.

But in the console the legacy prestige no exist, maybe only in xbox and PS4 for límited time?
Console players never had a chance if getting the Legacy outfits. It's PC exclusive.

How about every devotion level you get a bonus +100 shards for each level up so when you get back down to level 1-30 after doing a full devotion level it doesn't feel like ######### getting 100-200 shards for each level.

It shouldn't bother the store economy considering it takes an INSANE amount of time just to go from 1 to 100 as it is and not everything is purchasable with shards and the price even with this buff wouldn't allow someone to buy everything even if they grinded to level 10.

Like, I've played 150 hours since this level thing came out and i'm only devotion 1/22. Kinda insane.

Thing is, Legacy was meant to reward people who supported the game during it's first few months, and stuck around long enough to get through the massive grind.

Even though getting to Devotion 3 would also be a massive grind, there's an actual incentive to go for it now. Back then, no one had any idea that Legacy was going to exist.

Not to mention that there was a time limit on obtaining Legacy (if I recall, it was around November 13th it was announced, and November 23rd it was released).

I still don't see the problem, why there can't be a new clothing released, that rewards play time.

I don't think another Legacy event should happen. That was a one time deal to reward early players for their support of the game.

If they did release another legacy event however, I won't complain. I would love to have legacy for my Nurse.

The best bet is to design a super sweet skin for all the characters in the game. Then after completing some type of goal, you can choose one skin of your choice.

Something like legacy should be a reward for high skill survivors and killers. Besides that it's awesome looking, it's a downgrade in the matter of stealth so it makes even harder the entire job (a challenge) as a pro/experienced survivor or killer. For example, when I see a Legacy player I try to do my best in front of him as I respect that in most of the cases.
Maybe devotion 3 lvl 100 it's not the most accurate way to decide who is a pro/experienced survivor or killer, but it's something that devs can take in consideration. Back in the first few months of the game there was a "thing": when you saw a p3 or Legacy you knew it was going to be a hard game, a challenge. Now I see p3 everywhere with absolutely no idea how to play, no skill and the legacy is kinda dead after so much time and the "loss of progress" which surely removed like, idk, more than 75% legacies.

Every 50 devotion you should get 200 auric cells. Or every 100 devotion you get to unlock hardcore challenges where you get good prizes like cosmetics and shards. Noob challenges for noobs. Challenges reset every season.

A leaderboard system or a league system was mentioned few months ago. This could be added in the algorithm, besides devotion, achievements, so players can legitly receive something like Legacy or new bloody costumes.
The game needs "the pro player vibe" back. To understand this just read last personal post.

This idea can be implemented if you like it. The devs can see it and have a second thought as they said they will listen to the community more and more.

devotion levels are easy to get. instead of devotion 3 make it devotion 10, 20,30,40 etc make it ten levels apart and make a special outfit that unlocks for all chars at that devotion rank. that can only be obtained at that devotion level. its nothing to get a full devotion level plus 20 levels in a months time. so if it was every ten devotion levels it take about 8 to 9 months to hit the mark at ten levels.

    Indeed. Maybe they'll extend devotion.
Now reaching rank 1, reaching a top lvl devotion should be recompensated somehow. Costumes, legacy or at least a better matchmaking or new game modes.

I can respect legacy not coming back. It's the veterans priveledge and a badge of honor. No new kid on the block should be caught dead wearing legacy.

Maybe not the old legacy skins because those were exclusive rewards for people that were with this game from so long ago and endured the hell of the old bloodweb however i would not mind a skin designed within the spirit of Legacy. I was thinking perhaps for every devotion level achieved would allow you to unlock one deep, bloodred glowing cosmetic for any character of your choice.

It's time for a new Legacy, old Jake.
