Would this be in "Bad Taste"?
A double BP week or 2 wherein Players who play as the Plague are given 2x BP rewards for killing survivors, and Survivors are given 2x BP for escaping/surviving against her?
Just linking it to the whole Covid-19 situation, and the fact that a lot of players are being forcibly quarantined... It might be fun to play Virus Vs. Humans as a 2x BP event so that we can all laugh at our otherwise sad situation.
Of course I have a Terrible sense of humor, but Maybe if everyone who bought the game (on a discount during the event, which also includes the "Demise of the Faithful" DLC for obvious reasons) could make light of a bad IRL situation by picking sides in a fun event we can all play together, we could all earn some points, and have a laugh about it.
IDK... Just a thought... Tear into me as much as you need to.

Also I just realized that Plague's breath must be awful. Somebody get her a breath mint.

I figured as much... Sadly though a breath mint will probably not help. Only her god(s) know what she ate before the Entity brought her in and gave her an unending supply of her stomach contents. shudders

Wouldn't say it's in bad taste but I'd rather have regular BP than encouraging playing Plague.

She's not THAT bad, once you get to know her. Idk, I think it could be fun for both parties... is my optimism showing? Sorry i'll put that away if it offends.

It is an interesting idea, but encouraging every killer player to play as the Plague with a BP bonus exclusive to her would raise up that issue of "I always go against the same killer" more than ever.
I think a normal Double BP Event and a Discount + Free Week would be nice.

The thing about making light of really serious issues is it's very dangerous territory to tread. Jokes among friends are one thing, but I think for a company to do something like that would be in bad taste. Not only because it's a serious issue, but because it's widespread and current. There are probably members of the DBD community who right now are suffering from the virus themselves, or close to someone who is, or even mourning the loss of a loved one from it. I understand where you're coming from, and individually it might come down to context and personal perspectives, but it's not professional or appropriate for a business to make light of things like that.
