Is that a Nurse bug?

When i play with the Nurse when blinking, she goes to the basement even when i aiming up with the blink? Is this supposed to be like this or is it a bug?

    You need to aim UP. With Nurse, it's important to give the game no room for interpretation as to where you want to blink to, because it will never guess correctly.
