DLC on the Nintendo eshop

So, I've contacted behavior support and nintendo support. I'm hoping this will be seen by someone that can help. Nintendo has strict age limitations for purchases through the console. Regardless of parental approval an underage account can not access mature content. The question is as a parent, I chose to allow my son to play the game, up to this point i've been able to purchase DLC for the game from the eshops webstore. However, none of the newer DLCs have shown up on the American eshop webstore. They are available on other regions eshop webstore. If anyone at behavior is reading, can you please have all newer DLC and future DLC loaded to the eshop webstore to allow us parents to get around Nintendo's aggressive censorship? Thank you.
