Voting System For The Shrine Of Secrets
As of now, the Shrine Of Secret perks are randomly chosen (usually) and because of that some perks are commonly selected while others are rarely chosen. I suggest that players should be able to vote for perks to appear in the Shrine Of Secrets. Of course, the number of times a perk can be selected in a short period of time would be limited, but I think it could help newer players get the perks they want faster without having to pay for the DLC's and leveling up the characters. Obtaining perks can be especially annoying if you only want a specific perk from a character but still have to level them up fully to get it.

Somehow I feel like this would mean strong killer perks would never be seen in the shrine again.

Not to state the obvious, but why would a company, any company, not just BHVR, want you to get a perk for free that they could have instead gotten five bucks out of you for?
They want newer players to pay for DLC, that's part of the business model. Holding perks behind a paywall is another one.
I'm not gonna go so far as claim DBD is pay to win, but getting players to buy killers/survivors for key perks is part of the sustainability of the game.

Im seeing it now. DS, Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, Adrenaline, Head On and Sprint Burst for months on the shrine! In all serious, although a very cool idea, it could be easily abused by the majority of the players.

I have all teachable perks except the ones unavailable to me, so I don't care too much what perks appear in the shrine. I feel like maybe two should be randomized, and two should be chosen by the Devs to showcase.

Not completely. Theyve stated (and now shown us with perks for tome challenges) that they CAN choose the perks, they just "usually dont manually pick". Which I doubt. Because we saw BBQ what, 2 or 3 times back to back after like a year and a half of never seeing it?
