I feel like a lot of dev decisions and additions in the last year have weighed the game down. I would be in favor of some added play options instead of new maps and characters. Would you be interested in a OG mode where it was back to its original release state? And stripped down mode where you play no perks, no offerings?

    Can't deny i'd like different modes.

    But i'm also completely fine without them, i'd have quit if i wasn't.

    I'm also never going back to version 1.0.0, that would be nightmarish with the skills & knowledge of the present.

    No, I do not want to come back to the old version of DbD.

    Old version, no. I've seen the nightmares that they were. Especially with how people play now, the Killer would stand no chance.

    But new modes, absolutely yes. As much as I love this game, playing the same thing over and over again does get repetitive.

    I agree there is a bit of a disparity between the poll question itself, and what you're actually describing.

    New modes is a great idea, and they toyed with different objectives in the holiday events of yesteryear from the original Hallowed Blight Event which saw the Visceral Cankers to the Lunar New Year Moonrise event which saw the Lunar Year Lanterns. People have suggested a bare bones mode where no add ons or perks are allowed, and I don't mind this suggestion I think it's a pretty decent one


    But going back to V1.0.0. is absolutely a despicable thought, and if you really "feel" the decisions the devs are making now are weighing down the game Imma be straight up you're feeling wrong. Original Dead By Daylight was a survivor's hayday and absolutely no second thought was given to the killer.
