Mechanics Abuse by mostly Chinese players.
Now this is something that I experience with non-chinese players, but it seems most players that do this, at the very least, have Chinese characters in their profile, and some of them say they're from China.
These are all rank 1 top survivors, they'll run object of obsession and just spam fast vaults throughout the entire game, which completely deafens the killer. The important part of them being top survivors is that they cannot be caught without losing the game, so there's really nothing the killer can do except take the abuse or lose the game.
I'm wondering if anyone else gets these players. I get them quite frequently, perhaps 1 out of every 3-4 games. I'm going to just start leaving lobbies when I see Chinese players join. I'm also wondering if this is a punishable offense, since the problem is the noise it makes which makes it very hard to hear anything else, and they just do it until the game is over.

Well i didn't get most of the games that were like that from chinese players first. So please don't generalize.
Second ye in games like that combination of specific perks like ds, now sabo, easy gen rush and so on made that play stayle really hard and anoying for killers. Even top players should be able to catch after 2-3 loops if you don't make a single mistake as a killer.
I had games like that where the hooked player was protected with ds and i was somewhat applying pressure at last 3 gens, when the player got unhooked cz i didn't camped him/her started making noise making me unable to hear good while playing against others, so in the end i wasn't unable to catch him witout eating ds nor ignoring him on other side of the map where gens were done. In the end the one died but at a price of others 3 genrushed the last gen while i was able to eat ds from that guy, and catching him again to get hooked. So there is nothing you can do against it except just to play with that noise or simply look at a wall and let them esc without givin them chase points therefore they will probably depip cz they only did gens.

Interesting post, I play PS4 and don't play Chinese players. I have a feeling this might be region restrictions but as I'm in Europe I connect to America and back which is odd.
BHVR should do something about the toxicity of players who do this but what? When I used to play killer if I hit a survivor in an SWF one of them would just spam lockers or pallets.
It's easy to identify this toxicity in the game so could be something BHVR addresses especially with timeouts implemented
