While a Survivor is not being healed/mended and afflicted with Hemorrhage, their healing progress will slowly decay over time. (let's say at a rate of 2% progress per second, so if you 99% a heal it'll take ~50 seconds of doing other stuff for that heal progress to be gone)

Random idea that I don't think would hugely influence the addon/Perk meta but there might be a perk/addon I'm not thinking of that might be a problem with this. I think Hemorrhage doing something in addition to the better blood trails would be nice to make it feel like a more important debuff (Blindness might need a similar treatment) but I'm interested to hear the community's thoughts on a change like this.
