Why i get ban 2 minutes for disconnect my internet and my friend too get banned 2 minutes really?

If your internet disconnects the system will see it as you left the game as it was your equipment or service that had an issue.
SWF also share the timeout of one person to stop players disconnecting for a friend as an example to give them the hatch when slugged.

Permanent no. Up to an hour or so yeah.
Also, it sucks having bad net, but please be one of the people who understands that while it sucks for you, joining in and being kicked REALLY ######### over your teammates. So the ban is gonna happen. I hope you can get your net issues resolved and go back to playing without worry, but until then maybe consider not queuing up or at least understand you may catch a higher ban.
