It is a Geisha.. I only see the one figure though.. the outline of the child doesn't quite fit in there with me. If anything I think it is a body laying on the ground infront of her.
There is an image of her on the Springfield map. Seems too fishy that around this trailer release, there was some changes made to those paintings on that map, with those same slashes through it (probably done a few patches ago). There is 4 slashes on the map, 3 and 2 slashes on the teaser.... So seems to me, her power will relate to some time event survivors must complete before dying or whatever.
Like they seem to release, female then male killers... so this one should be a female killer.

In the Clown's map, in the little hut or whatever with his suitcase, there's a drawing of a woman on the same wall as the suitcase, but on the opposite end. There's a drawing of a long object that looks like a cross an axe with a very small blade and a bat. In The Game, there's a drawing of a machine (can't remember the exact location, but it's full of diagrams regarding the RBTs), and if you look closely, the "legs" of the machine resemble this axe/bat. Could be nothing, though.

The claw marks are nothing more than a reference to Freddy, as he used to claw things like that in the movies. Plus those exact same claw marks appear in the basement of the same building.
Also, the claw marks have been over that painting for at least 9 months. So they certainly weren't added recently. Leading me to think this has nothing at all to do with the next Killer.

There was another post of someone checking on Freddy's map. There's a portrait there which now has scratch marks on it which it didn't have before the teaser. It's kuchisake onna or something like that. One with the mouth sliced open.

EDIT: I took a look Frame for Frame and really nothing seems to move behind it. I'm 100% sure, that there is only the room behind it.
So it's likely a ghost/stealth killer in the Wraith/Freddy/Pig class.
Could also be a very short killer or crawling...but the footsteps sound heavy...
Maybe the killer has a power that makes them completely invisible like Freddy but is as slow as hag but can also attack while invisible unlike Wraith/Freddy.
With loud directional footsteps for balancing? I'm just trying to think of a stealth power they haven't done yet with Pig/Wraith/Freddy.
Maybe the map is just haunted and this isn't the killers doing? Lol
