Cant wait for devs to finally fix matchmaking

As a red rank survivor I dont like being matched with rank 20 survivors. I just played a game against a spirit who I ran for 3 gens. I figured it would be an easy game. Wrong. The other survivors were the biggest potatoes I had ever had the misfortune of playing with. As soon as I got hooked. They all went down. Immediately. After the match I see they were all rank 20s and I was the only red rank against a green rank killer.

Come on devs. How am I suppose to keep ranks and earn blood points as survivor if this is the people I get match up with? These weren't survivors who just took a break and deranked. They were actual newbies. Probably just started playing the game yesterday.

I dont mind waiting a little longer for a match. The poor matchmaking is the biggest frustration in the game right now and I hope is being put top priority.

    From all i heard and experienced, i dont have much faith in the devs to fix this.

    First, the whole " we wont show you were you are ranked in matchmaking, its secret" just seems like they have no idea how to balance for skill.

    Second, if they really keep in a certain skill range, top ranks would have longer waiting times, because a lot of top skilled killers dont play anymore, because of the screwed balancing.

    Third, They are aware of the problem can mean anything from its fixed with the next midchapter or is fixed in a few years. They are aware the sound is broken as well, and nothing happends there.
