Proposed changes for "The Clown"

He is very weak at the minute, his utlity doesn't actually achieve much and so I've decided to put some changes forward which could make him a better killer.

  • Allow the bottle to put survviors into the injured state "on direct hit" (hit by a glass bottle on the head, makes sense to injure)
  • With the redhead's pinky finger, allow the "exposed status affect" to apply to intoxicated survivors, not on a direct hit (huntress' insta hatchet is better than this addon in every way)
    -Increase the duration of the power , 1.5 seconds feels way too short and is basically useless.

  • Slightly reduce the time it takes to reload , or slightly increase the speed you walk whilst reloading.

    The idea to injure survivors with the bottle seems really op.

    If anything right now it feels like the base blindness effect could be increased. To early to say though.
