What should I upgrade?

Currently I'm stuck between four options of what to spend my bloodpoints on, and I thought I'd ask the community what I should do.

This might be a bit long so skip down to the voting if you don't want to read alot.


My first option is upgrading Steve or Zarina. Currently they're the only two survivors that I don't have any teachables on, and I may use their perks and characters in the future.

My second option is to get all my perks on Hillbilly. Currently I'm about 20 perks off having all perks on my Billy, and as I play him alot, I might aswell get them, possibly for a random perk wheel just for fun.

My third option is waiting to see who is the next killer and survivor in the next rift, I know there have been leaks, but just incase the leaks are fake, I don't want to invest in characters that I have at a low level but have two or more of their teachables.

My final option would be upgrading Clown for coulrophobia (probably screwed up that spelling) and bamboozle. I already have Pop, and these two perks are the only perks I don't have as teachables for killer.

    I believe going for the Clown's perks first, and then going to Hillbilly would be a good approach. Of course it all boils down to what you play the most. I'd personally go with Clown because Pop is a great perk, and Bamboozle is good with some Killers.

    P.S: I didn't read correctly. So, Coulrophobia is good with some specific builds... not a great perk on its own. Also has some good synergy with a bunch of Killers. I remember a really toxic but effective build with the Doctor, something involving Coulrophobia, Unnerving, Distressing and Overcharge, plus some add-ons. Add a 3 gen strat and it's hell for survivors. Can be a really long match too.

    While you should go with whichever side you play most, I feel Clown is the best option here as he has Pop and Bamboozle.

    (You also can't get all perks on Billy without this step)

    As a completionist, it bothers me that you're only missing two killer teachables. Go unlock those perks so I can sleep at night.

    clown is needed to get every perk on Billy, and the 2 survivors don't have the best of perks
