Killers
Are killers the only ones who complain and get their wishes? Ash was nerfed to hell, tool boxes are useless now , decisive is trash (since killers now wait the timer out) and not to mention our med kits and syringes were also nerfed to practically being useless as well. We need our tool boxes back, and decisive def needs a rework. The name is Dead by daylight more of a question that a statement in my view especially since there are four survivors. Going against a deranged killer.

MoM was broken, that was universally known amongst both sides. They released that perk to sell DLCs, make no mistake.
DS is still an S tier perk. If they're slugging you then your team can still do gens/get you up, etc.
Toolboxes needed to be changed, and while they're significantly less useful now, they're not terrible.
Medkits weren't nerfed, only the add-ons were changed with the styptic and syringe getting reworked/nerfed to be healthier. Styptics still give you a free hit and syringes give you a free passive heal without eating charges, what's not to like?
A lot of the balance changes for the game have been healthy. The state of game balance is pretty good right now.

Oh boy, this is hilarious
Decisive is literally a meta perk, MoM got nerfed because you literally had to be a potato for it to work, toolboxes definitely got buffed, you just need to use them strategically. Hell Medkits got a buff, syptic is literally the best add-on and syringes help you heal while doing other actions. The nerfs that happened in the Dev Update are not even a bad thing, survivors are still strong, but the killers are getting buffs too as they were weak.
While on the topic of DS, waiting out the timer hurts killers more than helps so pretty much DS is doing its job
