Where did they go?! Trophy bugged

I have to do this trophy on ps4 where all 4 survivors must escape via hatch in a public match. This should also unlock the trophy for the killer.

So in a match i asked the survivors to escape via hatch, they all done it in 10 seconds and no one got their trophy

Why didn't we unlock the trophy?
