The shapeshifter
The idea of a new killer that could change the actual gameplay of dbd, making the survivors to doubt of who are really their teamates! The dream of a killer wich can transform into any survivor of the trial, coping their ingame appearance... could just become a true nightmare

Thats something i wanted to post about as well a shapeshifter. And i had the same idea about it changing into a survivor or maybe even a different killer.
