Franks Mixtape and Stab Wound Study Changes

Both of these addons are .02% useful on a good day. Stab Wound Study doesn't decrease the deep wounds timer enough to warrant using it and trying to make Frank's Mixtape work means all the gens will get done. As that one Legion main, I'm insulted this is still not changed. I'm not mad, just disappointed. So, I just wanna give some suggestions in hopes we will get some kinda change soon. Feel free to give your feedback and your own suggestions.

Stab Wound Study - Reduces the Deep Wounds timer by 5s. For each survivor inflicted with Deep Wounds during the current Feral Frenzy, decrease the Deep Wounds timer by an extra 5s each.

This makes some sense that you can reduce survivors timers more and more per survivor hit. If survivors mend immediately, you can go back and forth and possibly down someone or multiple people with this addon. Although it will be gimmicky, it's still far more useful than 7.5s on a 30s timer that doesn't even go down while survivors run.

Frank's Mixtape - Tremendously reduces cooldown of Feral Frenzy when hitting a survivor with Deep Wounds and survivors gain no speed boost. (-2s from 4s cooldown)

I didn't know how to word the second part, but you get the point. You lose your power when you hit someone with Deep Wounds, so with this addon, it rewards you for it instead of punish just like Frank's Mixtape used to do.

I also thinks the cooldown addons are crap. I wish they would change them to something new and make the cooldown 3s base without a way to lower it.
