Losing BP and perks because of network connection error

Any one else have this happen?
I'm leveling up bloodwebs and I get a bumped to the main menu and get the lost network connection error. When I go back not only are the things I have bought on the current bloodweb have been reset, I also loose the BD that I paid for them. This has happened to me twice.
Also I know this is not my network because I was still connected to PSN.
@Peanits Is there anyway to get those BP back?
