some survivors are faster than others on PC?

I have almost 2k hours so it's not sprint burst or the tech or anything. I'm wondering how I can gain on most survivors but there always seems to be one that you just can't seem to gain ground and even with chainsaw add ons they just stay out of reach? It's not looping, it's literally just a fraction of a second faster but makes all the difference. Post game guy says I have my tricks? Is it using controller a certain way or straight up hacking? I use mouse and keyboard btw.

Are you talking about survivor outrunning Leatherface's chainsaw? if so, thats just how he is, if a survivor decides to run around any object you cant get them

To notice that you d need to chase them when you close to them to actually notice a difference . If you did then its probably hacking.

try playing with a friend that has a bad framerate, you will see he doesn't even get the speed boost when hit.
