What's up with the matchmaking?

So I took a few months away from the game and obviously there have been some changes in that time. I've noticed matchmaking has been really bad since I started playing again, especially tonight. I just barely got to rank 10 recently and as you can see, I'm facing all red ranks. It's been like that three matches in a row now. Matchmaking was never exactly great whether playing killer or survivor but it's never been this far off for me. Is there something other than rank being used to determine matches now?

    I could answer that, but i answered that question yesterday, and i think the day before that. Still broken, they say they fix it, but if they really will, noone knows.
