Hello lads, I have a question about the turning speed while at the start of chainsaw running.

I know for some reason controller sens is affecting the turning speed at the start of the chainsaw running. Does mouse DPI affects the turning speed aswell? Because I'm playing on 1600 dpi with low sens but at the start of the running, that turning speed feels uncontrollably fast. Every Billy main that I spoke said that I should use the controller sens on 100 for be able to curving on the edges but like I said it feels like uncontrollably fast. I would try that on a custom game but I don't have anyone to create a custom game so I decided to ask to you guys. I hope I could make you understand what I'm asking, my English is not that good, thanks.
