If the exit gates are powered, all temporary, negative effects will effect you for 15/30/50% less. 

This Perk is supposed to help the "egoistic" individual, which is the strength of a team. 

"It's almost over! Give 100 percent!"

    I don't see how this will Help the survivor... Plus for the killer it would a nice plate of noed with extra sauce of weakness of survivors
