I currently only have one survivor at level 50... Feng Min

Then it goes:

David King: 24

Claudette: 21

Dwight, Meg, Tapp: 20

Laurie: 16

Jake, Nea,Bill, Quentin,and Jeff: 10

Ace: 5

Kate, and Adam: 1

Any suggestions?

With over 600,000 BP to spend

    Plus some unclaimed archive challenges

Suggestions as to who you should level, or how you should go about doing it? I assume none of them are prestiged, so assuming you mean who you should level, I would probably recommend Meg, Claudette or Bill on the basis of teachables. All of them have at least two really solid perks that are useful for anyone to have.

Having said that, if you care about completing the Rift, you may instead want to spend your points levelling up Dwight and Kate in preparation for that, so you have an easier time completing their challenges.

    First, yes no prestige

Second, that's the conundrum I find myself in. I can get to at least lvl 30 on Dwight and Meg... I don't think I could on Bill or Kate

Third, I have been attempting to catch up on the previous tomes... so far I've only done challenges I know (or think) I can complete

Fourth, should I claim the archive challenges now or wait

I would get David to 40 and unlock were gonna live forever. It really cuts down on the grind for blood points. Also he has Dead Hard. After that Id work towards Borrowed Time from Bill to pair with WGLF, decisive strike from Laurie, Sprint Burst and Adrenaline from Meg, if you don't have Nancy for Inner Strength then id lvl Claudette for self care. Otherwise lvl Quintin for Pharmacy and farm green medkits.

I would say level up ace for his perks. They're not good btw. But sometimes I like to put on an item finding build and farm some items out. Especially if you play with friends a lot and you're going to survive a lot of the games. It's a great way to get a ton of flashlights and other important things.

Should I level them slowly or go all in?

The only reason to wait to claim the challenges is if you're already at or near the bloodpoint cap. They won't give you Rift Fragments or anything, so you may as well use the rewards to help you level your characters faster.

I thought I'd leave some as an emergency/backup

Quick BP grab if I find myself struggling to earn enough to level up for items, addons and perks

What good perks does clauddete have? Botany and self care are both kinda useless and empathy is a worse bond

Empathy and Bond have different strengths and weaknesses, but personally I think Empathy is the more useful perk. Not only does it have practically unlimited range, but the downside of only being able to see teammates when they're injured is not much of a downside, because most of the time you don't really need to know where your teammates are unless they're in a chase or in need of healing. Self Care tends to be underrated nowadays because it has a reputation for being misused, but it's actually a really solid perk when used appropriately, especially in combination with Botany Knowledge. Speaking of, Claudette's three perks also have excellent synergy with one another, which makes the ability to unlock them all at once that much more valuable.
