Lobby wait time too long = error occurs?

Hi, recently when I try to play with a friend during "rush hours" where it's taking a long time to find a lobby, whenever the lobby opens one of us (the one who is not the host) get's kicked out and sometimes gets an "unkown error occured" mesage while the other one is allowed to join the game lobby. Has this happened to anyone else?
