We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Is it normal?

Is it normal to not recieve any acknowledgement or a reply after submitting a ticket and it has been a week now?

I had submitted a player information report, wherein a group of friends, 2 survivors and 1 killer (they knew eachother from before) worked together to troll and harrass other survivors ingame and farmed off them. I had uploaded the video of the incident on my YT channel and there's a link to my YT channel on my profile, which they apparently checked and commented on the video, mocked not just me but the system of bans. Today, I recieved a message from one them mocking me that no action has been taken against them. This is surely going to encourage them to do more stuff. I had reported them ingame after the match, and sent in an information report with all the evidence and video proof. I don't know what more else to do.

I didn't receive anything after reporting a bug about a Trapper invisible trap on the map The Game, so I assume unless you're asking a question they won't respond.

As I have read here in some threads, if you post multiple reports related to each other or if you get impacient in general, the response will arrive later because it creates a mess in the report system they have. If you reported it you did your part, forget about it and move on.

Just as a tip, if they harash you through other platforms you can report them in these platforms too.

I haven't reported multiple times. I've reportee only once, and waited for a week before I made this thread.

Oh, I had recieved a response before for a ping issue that I had reported. They responded within 2 days.

As far as I can see, I don't care if they ban them for 1 hour or 1 day, I've done everything according to the rulebook, and this is an offence that not_Queen said is reportable and bannable. I just want them to send across a message so they do not indulge in such kind of gameplay again.

Sometimes the team are busier than at other times. Right now, the combination of possible lowered productivity due to working from home and increased demand due to everyone else being stuck at home playing the game, it's likely that the Support team are spread a little thinner than usual. So under such circumstances, I would say yes, it's normal to not receive a response for a week or two.

The wait time can vary depending on how many tickets are being received at the moment. If someone hasn't gotten back to you yet, you should get a response shortly. You may want to check the spam folder of your email just to be safe.

Thank you. I just checked my spam folder. I haven't recieved any email just yet. But yes, since you've confirmed that I'll recieve a response, I will patiently wait.

Oh yes, I understand. I just wasn't sure if player information tickets are responded to. Thank you for clarifying. I will patiently wait.
