How does Benedict Baker's journey continue in The Entity's realm?
I was wondering how it continued? I read some of his entries but I am really curious what else he wrote in his journal, if anything at all.
- Is his soul already consumed by The Entity because he died way too many times? Or he's alive and well, and keeps on escaping every trial?
- Did he make any survivor friends in The Entity's realm?
- We do know that he is still a survivor and is still alive like the others, but what could he be up to now?
- Is he facing other killers that other survivors haven't faced yet?
- Will we ever get a continuation about what happened to him, or if anything new he does or discovers?
- Is he going to become one of the playable survivors in the future?
I am just really interested in this character, his looks, his personality, his backstory (besides being a journalist and trying to find The Entity's realm) and other small details.

I'd like to have more of him but I do prefer him as a background character, perhaps one we'll never get to directly see.
Currently, it very much appears that he's still exploring the trials like normal, and is just slightly more equipped than the average Survivor in regards to trial knowledge and potential work on an escape. He's still seemingly keeping notes on everything he finds which indicates to me he's absolutely not getting thrown into the Void anytime soon.

I think Benedict is gone, honestly. After the release of the Clown, his little anecdotal descriptions of his first encounters with a killer vanished. I hope he's alright since he was quite interesting to have someone in Vigo's shoes (intelligence wise) that hadn't been fortunate enough to escape like Vigo did.

well, benedict was found at the end of hallowed blight (halloween event 2018) by the entity.

Part of me hopes that, if the Alchemist really is Vigo (as is theorized) and he is released later on, that Benedict is the Survivor that comes with him. Both are background characters that play a major role in the game's story, so seeing them come out together would be thematically wonderful.
Another part of me wants to believe that he is the Observer (though I'm pretty sure this was confirmed false). It would give him a bigger role that makes perfect sense for him.
The final part of me believes that he is in the Void, and we'll never see him again. He gave a description (well, a description in a similar style to Baker's existed, anyway) about Clown, and Spirit was when he truly disappeared, and I believe that was when we learned about the Void, so it would make sense.

I like to think I'm Benedict is more likely to become the killer it would give some explanation as to why the killers have been more lenient with him.
Amanda ignored him despite knowing that he's in the locker only giving him a warning glance and clown despite outright seeing him chooses chooses to give him a fake smile and nod before leaving.
It's quite possible that The Entity has been telling the killers that Benedict is off limits.
Unbeknownst the Benedict he's just misinterpreting these actions as a second chance or the clown not being interested in people who are aware of his danger

The wiki isn't canon and it was never stated that the person writing the Hallowed Blight lore was Benedict. They have conflicting origin stories too. Benedict went after the MacMillan estate while the Hallowed Blight writer, presumably the Alchemist, was snatched up in an opium den.

It's mentioned in the lore from the Hallowed Blight that Vigo is supposedly the first to escape the realm of the Entity.

That's just a phrase out of context from the trailer of the game, made by other team. Is it valid? Maybe. Or, maybe, Observer just says it, because he is an optimist. Think about it: how exactly he knows that someone will escape if he searches a way to escape himself? If he sees the future, what's the point searching through memories? If he knew that someone escaped for a fact, I really doubt that it would be too hard to trace this person's memories.
My point is: he is making an assumption. And searches through memories, cuz he still trying to find a way out. And he did over 9000 log enries as far as we know, with no success. Yet.
@Mikeadatrix, btw, where is the proof that Vigo escaped? I need a direct quote or anything which suggests it.

Observer is stuck 24/7 in a room with no way to go outside.He has no way of interaction on the realms like the survivors do.
He is using the Auris or whatever it's called to probe in the memories of survivors who escaped.And i don't think he cares for himself that much, but rather wants the survivors to get out of the realm.
Ofcourse he can't find a way to escape and to me it doesn't look like he wants to escape but help others escape.

Yeah, he imprisoned inside the tower. It doesn't mean, that he can't find a way out of Entity's realm through survivor's memories. My point is: he says that he searches through memories of the ones who escaped or will escape because he wants to believe so. He don't know for sure, whether someone escaped or not, he is assuming it possible.
First, how even he is able to know for sure? Infact, if he knew, that someone escaped, he could trace this person's memories.
Second, I doubt that he can see the future, saying that someone will escape. Again, why bother searching through memories, if you can see the future?

My personal headcannon is that the Entity has a "beta test" part of it's realm, and that's where survivors like Benedict are. They get to see the new killers and gives the Entity a test drive to see if the killer will do it's bidding correctly.
