Bound Enveloipe
Bound Envelope offering grants the 25% BP bonus, but why is it limited to survivors ONLY? Its a poor offering for a Green, but to also take this bonus away from the killer is ....well, rude.
The Escape Cake makes sense as it is strictly a personal bonus.; the same goes for the lesser envelope. However, the Bound Envelope would make more sense if it offered a 25% bonus for all players, or at the very least there could be an offering made that grants that specific bonus.
Whenever somebody drops it I kind of feel bad for the killer for being excluded from it. I don't know, maybe I am being too nice, but whenever I play against a killer that drops Bloody Party Streamers, or better yet joins the party with one of their own, I know it more than likely will be a decent, non-toxic trial.
